My friend and I came up from Tampa to spend Spring Break in Atlanta. We had THEE best time at Full Commission. Our bartender/waiter Michael offered the best hospitality we have ever experienced. He shared some of his knowledge of mixing and making his own drinks which are all on the menu. These drinks were incredible! So full of flavor, colors, and passion behind the making of them. Michael was so nice and fun-made us feel so welcome. The food was also amazing. If you’re ever in the Atlanta area and looking for a great place to eat or drink—Full Commission is the spot to be! If we’re ever back in this area; we will definitely be back!!
I used to love Full Commission when they first opened and were under their old management. While the staff is still plenty friendly, the quality of the food has taken a severe bit. For starters, the past few time I’ve stopped in they haven’t been able to offer the full menu. This most recent visit they did at least have a tomato quiche available but I’m sorry to say it was dreadfully underwhelming and severely overpriced at a little over $7 for the small slice that was brought out. The crust and egg weren’t even cooked all the way through. I keep wanting things to get better with them but I’m afraid I’m going to have to give it up. Parking: Ample parking on the lot and on the street
Ever got food this burned at a restaurant? Well you can have it here. Ugly looking and tasted bitter given how burned it was. The attitude they run their business here is sorry about your experience, better luck next time... Not worth your time. Try somewhere else where people actually care about their custimers/business. Sincere advice.
The food here is divine! I loved the fresh salmon and the tasty sauce on the Northern brunch dish! Staff are friendly and it’s just got a good vibe: highly recommended in my book!
The service and host were very friendly but the food was very mediocre and overpriced. Paid $45+ for two people for breakfast and we both drank water. The eggs are of the liquid/carton and the hash browns were of the frozen section variety. Definitely not the quality of food you would be paying $15+ per person for breakfast. There are much better breakfast options in the area imho. I would likely never go back after this experience.
We went for a sweet date night, and it was the perfect setting! The food was delicious, and our server was extremely accommodating to help make things veggie friendly - they were also completely perfect at the tricky balance of making sure we were good and giving us space. I’d go back for that service alone! The happy hour cocktails were so worth it, and the cauliflower and brussels were crave worthy! I’m so glad we chose this spot. Highly recommend for any intimate date or moment with a friend.
Even in the winter Full Commission creates an open and airy environment complete with a friendly staff that does it all and table flowers that makes you feel like you are in a French Cafe. The food was a mixed bag. I got what looked to be a day or two old tamale that was only luke warm and a delicious homemade bagel with smoke salmon which was wonderful.
This was a very enjoyable experience, we had the southern breakfast and biscuit with chorizo gravy. We sat on the patio which was great. There is beautiful courtyard and it was not overly crowded. There is open seating inside but due to COVID we were not ready for that. We will be returning as there are a list of other items we are wanting to try.
I visited Full Commission, for the first time, On the night of October 1, 2020. I opted to sit out on the patio and one of the high-tables and I was delighted to see that the hostess sanitized the surface before I sat down; made me comfortable with the covid situation going on. The overall ambiance was very chill, and I would definitely bring a date here. My server, Suneetha, was a joy; she was quick, attentive, and friendly. I started with a Teaches of Peaches – It was tasty, but I’m not a fan of a lot of foam in a cocktail so I’ll opt for something different next time I go. For food, I had an order of Jamaican Beef Patties, Cherry Coke BBQ chicken wings, and deviled eggs. The deviled eggs were absolutely delicious – it came as two eggs or 4 total pieces. The filling was smooth and perfectly seasoned. I’m not a fan of hard-fried chicken wings, and this is where the Cherry Coke BBQ wings fell flat, for me. They were fried entirely too hard and I did not enjoy them. I’ll take ownership in my misunderstanding of the menu when it said “crispy”. I thought they crispy part was going to come from some type of breading. My favorite part, of the visit, was the Jamaican beef patties. The patties were delightfully seasoned, I wished they had a little more heatspiciness, but I was not disappointed. The dough was light and fluffy and the dipping sauce was a nice addition. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND trying the Jamaican beef patties. Overall, pretty good experience.
This was our first, and certainly won’t be our last, time at Full Commission! The restaurant itself is clean, bright, and simply gives off great vibes! The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Now onto the good stuff - the food and drinks! We visited during brunch. My wife and I started off with “When Doves Cry”. It was a refreshing, light cocktail that had smokiness to it. We ordered the homemade “pop tart” that was out of this world and is a must order for anyone that eats during brunch. For our entrees we had the roasted veggie bowl and beef butternut squash bowl. The cheese grits in the veggie bowl were outstanding -not overloaded with cheese but just enough for the flavor. Both entrees had a nice assortment of vegetables. Coffee lovers - the Nitro Truffle is a must. I’m relatively certain I’ll be having dreams about this blissful java drink.
