full bloom was responsive and helpful. I gave some ideas of flowers and the style I was looking for and they created a beautiful arrangement for my sister incorporating my ideas. They delivered it quickly and sent me a pic of the flowers on delivery. both ordering and payment were simple.

Knowledgeable and friendly service! They created a large, beautiful arrangement at a very affordable price! They also send you a photo of the bouquet at delivery. This is now my "go to" florist for all future orders in the Virginia, DC, Maryland area. And, I'm fussy!
