I find it pathetically embarrassing how law enforcement places like this can execute a man on his knees posing little to no threat can call themselves law enforcement. Law enforcement like these are domestic terrorist and traitors and should be treated as such. Maybe these traitors should go back and educate themselves on what the Constitution says about their roles as public servants. And if any citizens defends themselves against these domestic terrorist and traitors we are deemed murders but in reality we are defending ourselves against domestic terrorist and traitors that willfully murder at will. The murdering cop that killed the man on his knees should be fired, tried for his unlawfully execution of a man with his hands up and sent to the death row without any chance of appealing.

They shoot unarmed men with disabilities in the head execution style. They are disgusting group of murderers...I feel sorry for the good cops in that dep. If there are any.
