I have been a massage fan since a friend went to massage school 30 years ago. I have experienced at least 20 different body workers since. No one has Lonnie’s unique array of techniques and understanding of the nuisances of the way a body moves. Wanna get better? Lonnie’s the one to help!

I head in for maintenance on some surgically repaired joints almost every month because I feel absolutely amazing when I walk out the door. As an bolder weekend warrior type athlete it really helps to have Lonnie in your pit crew! No one in the city that I’ve seen compares to him in ability with active release technique.

Lonnie is awesome.  Highly recommended.

Lonnie is very professional and caring.  I had never heard of soft tissue therapy before, but I am glad I found Function 4 Performance. He is helping with my ACL recovery. Two weeks in and I can see an improvement.  Website is very easy to schedule appointments too.
