Tried to set up a demo to discuss software implementation, appt was cancelled without response or reasoning. Would never give company like this a dollar, they do not deserve any business based on initial customer service practices.

The company has great intentions with their software, but they are a nightmare internally. Trying to get anyone on the phone is a nightmare. Everything consistently goes to voicemail and good luck getting a call back. I highly suggest finding another provider who offers similar services.
