Fusion Asian Bistro

Best sushi in town, yes I've been everywhere. The staff are very hospitable. I like that they mostly have had the same staff for a while now, you can get to know them and they remember you. Food is fantastic. The owner is the main chef and is very traditional with a good spin on new taste. I have had almost every item on the menu and everything has been very flavorful, even if I didn't care for the dish I still wasn't disappointed. Serving sizes are always more than enough and that says a lot as I train very hard and maintain around a 6-8000 calorie a day diet.

This place was surprisingly fantastic. My family and I pass by this place all the time, but never went in until last night. Their Tom Yum soup, while it doesn't look as dark as you'd expect, was great. It was a bit spicier than what I'm used to, but I loved it. They have Chinese and Thai food, and it tastes great. We also ordered papaya and loved it. I believe the restaurant is family owned and they get a lot of return customers. We will definitely be back. My wife is always craving papaya.

Fusion is the best place for ethnic Asian cuisine. Sushi on the weekends is the best I've ever had.

Food here is awesome and the people are great. They dont open monday it seems. Would recommend pad see yu and basil chicken or something like that
