To start I was very pleased with the warm reception. The face of the company reflected the perfect balance between professional and relatable. I had the task of recovering a vehicle for a client. The process was seamlessly executed. Not that I would want to deal with any incident regarding a tow truck or yard in the future, but if I have to I hope it's Futo's that handles the tow process.
Set up a tow with a supervisor, Nikki, who also confirmed with the owner. Day comes for tow and a very unprofessional gentleman proceeds to tell me that he does not know why the tow is set up for that day because they have to have a certain number of drivers in the ZIP code for their contract with APD for response time. Mind you, this was previously set up for this particular day and time. All in all very unprofessional and very unexpected. I guess if you're not in the immediate Atlanta area that encompasses the zip codes they must require drivers to be in you will not get service. Just an FYI to those who may need to set up scheduled tows.
This place is the worst company in town. One of the workers told me where to park just to tow my car and claim that I was mistaken. These people are scammers and you should not use this service. Everyone is EXTREMELY rude with an exception to the girl with the curly hair. 0/10 would not recommend!!!
First of all, they advertise 24/7 service but wouldn’t allow me to my car out of their lot and was told to come back the next day… I went there at 4pm. And the guy working there responded “don’t believe what the internet says” when I asked why is 24/7 written on their business card. And, then when I went back to get my car the next day, I had a couple of valuable items missing and have to file a police report. They just keep your car there to collect money for additional days that it’s in their lot. My car was impounded there through a collision so I clearly didn’t have a choice in where it was taken to. - I definitely would not recommend this location at all. Be aware.Service: Vehicle wrecking
I did not choose this location as they were dispatched by my insurance company. I have tow covered on my policy and my son was stranded w his vehicle. For this reason, when they showed up and requested a card number to complete the tow, I did not hesitate. They said my insurance company would reimburse me. However, I was told they never should have charged me. To this point, they have not refunded the fraudulent charge and were also paid by my insurance company. It is nearly impossible to reach anyone via telephone as they immediately put you on hold, hang up, or you hear a busy signal. I highly recommend you do NOT use this company. I have also filed a complaint with BBB due to Futo's receiving double payment
this is by far the worst wrecker company in Atlanta..they are terribly slow getting to location, pricing is outrageous and the lady answering the phone is disgustingly rude and obnoxious. Will never use again or suggestService: Vehicle wrecking
Had a car stuck in a Kroger parking lot, Futo's was able to get the car out and delivered to our home quickly after a few other companies said thry couldn't or backed out. Can't speak to their other services, but tow job was fantastic. Thanks!
How do you even rate a towing company? If you ever need a tow it's not a good thing. I can tell you the girl in the office did her best. This location is not in the best area then again they're a tow truck company. They pick up for GSP and impound. I'd give five stars but they're hard to reach on the phone.
Very well managed. Picking up a vehicle at this business for insurance companies is as easy as it can be. Have your paperwork in order and you will be in and out in minutes.
