Let me start by thanking the Futon Land Team. Zack, Igor and the delivery people were exceptional. Zach and Igor made my ability to purchase a Futon virtually effortless. They walked me through the process with much patience, professionalism and friendliness. Also, the delivery went without a hitch. The guys assembled the futon quickly and efficiently. They even took the time to show me how to transform it from a sitting position into a bed. I am very happy with my purchase. It is a beautiful piece of furniture and the futon mattress is comfortable to sit and sleep on.
Futonland was the perfect furniture store for us. We were looking to update two apartments with different furniture pieces. Igor is an amazing person, polite and very professional. Igor spent as much time as we needed to make the right decision. We were updated several times on the time/date of delivery. It only took two days for the furniture to deliver from the time of purchase, and the delivery personnel was also very polite and careful with the updates about arrival time and with assembly. Great prices and excellent customer service. I received my order incredibly quickly! They called to confirm the day after I ordered, and within a few days it was on my doorstep. Will definitely do business with them in the future!
I really enjoyed working with this company. Their highly-searchable website aids you in finding deals with the features you require. I got a pre-delivery call for my Murphy cabinet bed that nailed down all of the details, so the actual delivery went flawlessly. The bed was exactly as represented on the website and arrived in perfect condition. Paying for "White Glove" delivery was worth it!
Ordered a sofa online and chose to pay for the optional furniture assembly service with delivery - so worth it. My delivery was scheduled for about 3 days after purchase which was perfect timing. Futonland was communicative and confirmed the delivery window with me within a day of purchase, and the delivery came within the scheduled window. The furniture assembly was fast, about 30 min and the delivery folks were very kind. Super happy with my purchase and experience.
I just received an unwanted phone call from this company. If I was interested in speaking to a sales person, I would have initiated a call. There is absolutely no way I would ever order anything from this company now. I found a better quality mattress from another company who doesn't charge a near $100 delivery fee. Good luck with these business practices..
Futon was delivered early by professional drivers who went above and beyond. It was easy to assemble. It is extremely comfortable and I feel strongly that I got exactly what I paid for. I would buy from this company again without hesitation.
The delivery arrived within the stated window. The bed was as I expected it to be. I like it a lot.

On 7/1/2024, I gave Futonland 1 star which was meant for the personnel in charge of merchandise loading as I did not receive my order in its entirety upon delivery. However, Mr Tony Rivera is not only knowledgeable about Futonland’s products, he is both patient and empathetic with regard's to resolving complex issues. I spent numerous hours in the New Jersey store as I was indecisive about my futon selection. Mr Rivera assisted me in making the choice that was right for my style and room space. I am extremely please with the quality and design of my futon, ottoman, and painting.
