Probably my worst service experience ever. A relatively new (and expensive) refrigerator stopped working and GE charged me $1700 to "repair" it. It never worked again despite more than half a dozen house calls (for which I had to pay my caretaker for admitting them). After several month of no-refrigerator I asked them to return the repair cost since they were clearly incapable of getting it working. Their response - get this - was to offer a discount on a new one. In other words, give us MORE money. Fat chance. That's what Small Claims Court is for. See 'ya.
