I hadn’t been to Hector for quite a while was growing my hair out, but when I decided to go short again, I knew that I had to go back to him! He does a great job with cut and color. The salon is clean and comfortable, and very friendly. Every time I have gone, I have shown Hector a photo and my hair has come out exactly like it. A long time ago I came to get an asymmetrical cut and he referenced the picture multiple times and it was done perfectly. I had actually forgotten how meticulous he is. He checks multiple times to make sure the cut is even, that he hasn’t missed any spots, and that it looks just right. Compared to other places I’ve been, the price is also really good for the quality and location.

Hector does amazing hair. I have been going there for a really long time. I have curly hair and he has cut my hair short like I wanted. I told him I wanted to let my hair grow and he cut just enough to make my hair health and have it grow back again. I told him I wanted ombre and that is exactly what I got. If you have curly hair you know that its tough to find someone that does this type of hair so well. And Hector is that person.

I read all the reviews and not one single bad one, so I took a chance and went and I said if I come out with what I want I'll give my review too. My hair was almost waist length and I wanted something short. I showed Hector what I wanted and he did it even better. I absolutely loved this place so I finally have a hair salon where I can go regularly. Maria is the sweetest too. 100% recommend to everyone

Hector is a very talented stylist. He has been cutting my hair for over 5 years and I have always been pleased. I have seen him grow his salon to be elegant and provide more specialty services to perfect his trade. One thing I really like is that he shampoos and blow drys my hair right before he finishes cutting it. He is very personable as well, which exemplifies that is he passionate about his trade and providing a good service.

My experience at G for hair was extremely pleasant! I’m very skeptical when it comes to hair beauty salon after I got a terrible experience two years ago.Therefore , I did a lot of research on finding a good local hair salon that had good reviews but not too costly Either and ,I found ‘G for Hair salon’. All I can say is that since I got to the place I had a great experience. The stylist who did my hair was Maritza and she did an amazing job. She immediately knew what was good for my hair and even helped me get some ideas for the future. I left the place so happy because after two years I was able to get my hair done and the color looks great on me, I got so many complements and even my mom and sister already plan to go there. I highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a salon that does a great job and not too pricey ! . The only thing is that the salon is in the heart of old town so be mindful that you have to pay extra especially for those who are getting highlights or anything that takes a little long. Either way , you won’t regret it!

I came into this salon looking like a hot mess from allowing my friend to dye my hair. Hector not only fixed my problem, but gave me exactly what I wanted. Such an easy guy to talk too and the salon is extremely clean! Definitely will be back in the future :

Hector is awesome and does a really great men's haircut! Downside is that he's gotten really busy and is almost always booked for several days out. Make sure to call a few days ahead of when you actually need the appointment. Slightly expensive but you get what you pay for.

I was unsure of trying a new place when I moved into the area but this place is great. Hector does an awesome job of coloring and cutting my hair. The salon is small with great hours. They are open pretty late which makes it great to come in right after work. I highly recommend Hector!

I love getting my hair cut here. I'm always pleased with the quality of work regardless of stylist. It is pricier compared to average salons, but this is higher end, so expect to get what you pay for. The staff are friendly, which I believe is a must in any salon. I typically make appointments, but I believe walk-ins are accepted.
