An international city, New Orleans is famous around the world for her history, her generosity, and her contributions to the world's culture.

Unlike anyone else, G L-f de Villiers hosts five different walking tours of the French Quarter and the St. Louis Cemetery, a different one every day, Thursday through Monday.

Tickets for all tours are available above and on our Book a Tour page. We are limited to 12 participants per tour. G L-f de Villiers is fully-licensed by the City of New Orleans as a tour guide and operator.

The tours include the Literary History Tour; a Creoles, Americans, Pirates, and the War of 1812 tour; The Twirl, a Gay Heritage and Drinks tour, generously sponsored by Cathead Vodka, Mississippi's only legal distillery; Cemetery and Voodoo tour; and the French Quarter Stroll.

The cost for the tour is $30 per person and the group size is limited to twelve guests, creating, we believe, an atmosphere that is both progressive and responsive to individual interests and needs.

Each scheduled daily tour experience is partnered with a nonprofit. A great way to help New Orleans! All tours, including a Garden District and Haunted History tour, are available by appointment.

The proceeds from the tours are shared with those participating charities and nonprofits. They include the Louisiana Bucket Brigade, the Pirate's Alley Faulkner Society, Project Lazarus, and the Beauregard-Keyes House.

The tours connect the rich culture of New Orleans with historic, architecturally significant landmarks and are led by local writer, historian, and long-time French Quarter resident Glenn DeVillier, a guide since 1989. The focus is on history, diversity, cultural heritage and enrichment, fun, music, and getting to truly understand what it means to know New Orleans.

G L-f de Villiers offers gift certificates. For $50, the bearer receives two tour tickets good for friends and family. For $120, a school or other nonprofit receives the Louisiana History tour.
