Gabriel Exclusive

I've been buying jewelry from Gabriel Exclusive for over 15 years. I'm just posting this review now because I saw some negative reviews and I have never had a negative experience with them.. He has always given me the best pricing and really works with my budget. When I got engaged I was really working with a limited budget and he sold me a great ring that I could propose to my fiance with . I was really going through a downturn in my business and he literally sold me something for below his cost. We were able to take it later and traded it in and upgrade it and he gave me the full value of the original purchase price. I've dealt with Gabriel, his wife and Michael his son and are all a pleasure to work with. Things are good now and I buy all my wife's gifts there.

My husband surprised me with a beautiful ring from Gabriel’s Exclusive and he always talked about how great was the service provided by Irene. Two years later I went to the jewelry to help a friend find an engagement ring just a beautiful and unique and they are just as happy with the ring. Thank you Michael for you attention! Here is the setting and the diamond It is gorgeous now that’s mounted.

Edit- As the reply to this review shows. AVOID this place and go to Watch Repair Co upstairs instead. Walked in looking for a different watch repair store that I found on Google Maps and was called over to this booth. After showing them my watch and explaining that I just needed a battery replacement he quoted me $50 "since the watch was Burberry" and when I mentioned that I've had the battery replaced multiple times in this exact watch for $10 he replied "well, not by me" and waved me off. There are kinder and better priced people all down the street. Don't get scammed for a simple battery replacement.

Never going to a different jewler again. I came in looking for a specific watch and i gotta say Michael is the man! He took care of me and went above and beyond to find the exact model I wanted. Highly recommended!

I certainly admired every piece of jewelry they had. Diamonds or no diamonds their jewelry has a different kind of vibe to it. I bought my engagement ring from them and I have no words, for how impressed I'm with the quality, design, and perfection of the ring. Would highly recommend them!

My experience with Gabriel Exclusive was incredible! They have some of the most talented artisans on the frontline, that have the right skills and expertise to create the best diamond jewelry in the world. I recently bought a ring for my mother, and it was surreal. Their designs, their collection, their execution, everything is on point.

My boyfriend then now fiancée. We went to purchase an engagement he bought. Michael the salesmen was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He showed us numerous diamonds the clarity and what it meant. We were impressed with his knowledge, patience, and integrity. We were happy we went there and to work with Michael. We plan on going back in five months to purchase our wedding bands. Michael provided excellent customer service. Assisted my boyfriend and I right away. Beautiful jewels for a not so bad price. Gabriel’s is open on weekends which is a bonus because we originally was seeking another Jewler on the block. But I’m happy we came across Michael. My boyfriend and I are extremely happy w/ our purchases. We’ve recommended a few people to Michael and they are also satisfied. I always value excellent customer service and communication. And that’s what was provided. Thank you.

Guy working the counter was extremely rude. I don’t know if he’s the owner or what, but when I asked to see a necklace he told me “it’s gonna be too expensive for you”. What a rude way to treat customers.

I’ll give 0 stars if I could!!!! I’m sure all the 5 star reviews on here are fake. Jewelry is overpriced!! Michael wants to get the most out of you so he will tell you to put down the most amount of money for him to hold the jewelry and charge you 20% of that money if you decide not to buy his jewelry. Then he will say “it’s a no return policy.” I guess that’s how he makes his money. There are plenty of better stores over there so don’t waste your time.
