Have gone in the shop of couple of times and the staff are not friendly or helpful at all. They had several sales people working and not a single person came up to me to help. I felt like 'Pretty Woman' with lots o f money to spend, but due to their lack of customer service, I spent my money elsewhere.

LOVE their jewelry! Fabulous in both style and price! Every time I've worn a piece at least one person in the office or on the street has stopped me to compliment it.

I am from Quebec Canada, visiting NOLA last week. I bought a pant, at 89$ and it is dirty and stain. Nobody told me. I washed them, nothing to do, I feel like stolen !

Loved shopping here and missing it now that we are in Florida.
