Gallagher Auto Spa

I've been going to Gallagher since 2017 at their Sandy Blvd location. I recently had a very poor customer service experience here, and won't be going back. I arrived and was told they weren't taking any more cars for the day. The crew member gave me lots of attitude and sarcasm when I asked him to check the schedule, which would have resolved the issue. In the end I figured out I had the wrong appointment time on my own, which was my bad. But let's be clear, he had no interest in taking my information, looking up my appointment, or trying to resolve the situation. I could have handled the situation better, but you can also be certain this crew member was not polite, did not apologize, and in the end said he didn't care whether I remained a customer or not. Now this guy was obviously not Scott the owner, who seems like a stand up guy - but I'm clarifying my review here. Scott if your employee told you he tried to courteously help me out, resolve the situation and apologize, he is lying to you unfortunately.

I came to make an interior cleaning due to a car broken window. I did an appointment on Monday and they gave it to me for Wednesday the same week. They did a good job.

For the price I was unimpressed with the service. I paid $325 for a pretty clean car to have its interior and exterior detailed. I expected to be able to walk in, talk to the owner or an informed staff, and understand what I would get, the rough price, and the benefits of different packages. Instead, I was told to drop the car off and it was just cleaned at their discretion at by the end of the day. They did steam the carpets and wax the outside, both of which did seem to be done well—although there was a lot of moisture after the streaming which I figured I had to air out afterwards to avoid a musky smell. I asked the staff in the beginning about when I should apply a paint pen for small chips before or after waxing?, but they didn't really know or seem to care. I also had to remind them to give me my paint pen back. Finally, I just got the car back without a meaningful explanation of what was done or if they encountered any issues. I had to point out little blemishes myself to understand why they were there in this case, chip marks from rocks, which is understandable. All in all, neither great nor horrible. Based on the positive reviews I imagine I would have had a much better time talking to Scott himself, but no luck for me on this occasion. Based on the price I would expect a lot more touch points and better service, especially since I really only needed a wash and vacuum, and I splurged to get the special treatment. Oh well! 3/5, nothing horrible but not good value for the more expensive package IMO.

Great detailing work every time! I work as a delivery driver most days and there are grease stains from the greasy food bags on my fabric seats and floor of my car. Every time I bring my car in to get detailed, I think that there's no possible way that those stains will come out. But every time I pick up my car from Gallagher, it looks BRAND NEW inside. Again, I am amazed and very thankful to have my car looking its best once more. Even though I brought it in just for detailing, the folks at Gallagher were so nice and threw in a car wash as well for no additional charge. Amazing! Thank you so much! It really made my day.

WOW! I took my car in for an interior detail first time in six years and they were amazing! They went above and beyond to really make sure I had an amazing experience AND interior detail clean. I am so happy I chose them, those guys are great. If you need anything for your car this is the place to go!

Scott is incredibly friendly, funny, welcoming, and my car looks great with all the rain crud off it. I came in for just a hand wash, but he asked if I wanted a vacuum and a wheel clean too. That was really nice. I guess I'll have to come back to continue giving them my business *eyeroll*Services: Full body wash
