Gamble Garden is a non-profit community horticultural foundation that is open to the public every day. The 2.5 acre property, located in Palo Alto, is a point of historical interest.
The Elizabeth F. Gamble Garden is dedicated to preserving this 1902 Edwardian estate as an oasis of beauty and tranquility, providing a community resource for horticultural education, enjoyment and inspiration for people of all ages.
The foundation is dedicated to horticultural and environmental education as well as historic preservation.
The gardens are divided into 2 parts: the formal gardens, rehabilitated ot reflect the original plans; and the working gardens, used for educational and experimental demonstrations and displays.
The gardens are open to the public 365 days a year at no charge.
