Game Stop

They literally never answer the phone. Trying to get information before I come in obviously since it’s a pandemic and I don’t want to waste my own time I’ve been calling multiple times a day for three days now and not once has anyone answered. Do they just not have to answer phones? I don’t understand.

I love the staff here just wish they would answer the phone. I’d change my review to 5 stars if they would. This store is the closest to me and it’s still 30 min away. I would love to simply save the trip if you didn’t have the product I was looking for in stock and would know that if I could talk to someone.
