Bought some used games at very reasonable prices! The guy working was really friendly and the selection on every console seemed adequate. Definitely a bigger selection than any of the other used game stores I went to over the weekend. Highly recommend, will definitely be back.
Went in to get some items priced, guy offered me $125 for over 200 games/consoles stating that my items weren’t worth anything. Two weeks later I sold one game for $600. As of now I have made over $2000 off less than half the items he priced for me... good place to buy but a horrible place to sell or get a item priced. Completely tried to take advantage of me thinking I had no clue of the value of retro gaming
I love the way they have the store and friendly and helpful staff this my daughter second time going this year and I wouldn't buy my daughter games from any were else and the store was also clean and organized love it will be going back
A little hard to find but a treasure trove of retro. Very fair pricing, I feel like I kind of robbed them getting what I got for what I did. Clerk was knowledgeable and friendly while not being overbearing. Also he has a doggo. Doggo is good doggo.
Honestly this store has always had the best selection of old school games from NES to current platforms! It is a locally owned shop and the new management is a big improvement over the old management! The space has decreased due to funding. It's not perfect BUT they get the job done for all of your gaming needs!
Great place for retro games, consoles, etc they have some really cool stuff
I would give them 0 stars if I could. I once gave them a $5 deposit for a video game and they never called me back. I went over there a few months later and they wouldn't the give back the money, they didn't have the game and they wouldn't let the deposit go towards another game. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a video game store. I was so upset my mom whispered to me "let's get out of here." They do have a cynical bullying attitude, as someone else posted. I know those guys are in business to make money, but they have a long history of being ridiculous to their customers. I will never go back and I suggest you don't either folks. I would look carefully at the reviews of the other retro video games stores in town or I would buy from amazon since they probably have the best return policy.
Awesome place for old school games. Atari 2600 and 5200 games. Plenty of NES and Sega games. Some have the box, most NES games did not. Also, all the accessories to go with the consoles where there as well. Had plenty of current generation stuff as well and the systems in-between.
I lived in Memphis for nearly 10 years.I went to this store several times and ALWAYS had a horrible experience. The staff is grumpy and acts like any interaction with a customer is asking them to bear the weight of the world on their shoulders. Majority of items are overpriced. If you get something that doesn't work properly then they will use any excuse to refuse fixing the problem whether it means saying you are the problem or just flat out refusing to discuss it at all and saying they will report you for harassment if you call them more than 1 time even after they are the ones that told you to "F off" and then hang up the phone. Its too bad the great selection of items they have is marred by such ridiculous customer service and just plain old attitude of a bully to be honest.
Great place to find retro and current game consoles as well as a nice selection of gaming accessories. They even have some old movies if you're feeling nostalgic.
