They Are Very Rude And Unprofessional... I think her name pippens she sold me a use controller as and headphones I been trying to bring back she says that they not in stock. Which it's your job to restock. I rate this place a 0 and would love to speak with management
The best DAMN Gamestop in Alabama! Bill and Joe are the mangers of the store and they are AWESOME! Don't come at they weak tell them what you want an d they shot you straight every time! Plus they have tournaments.
Store associates were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were not able to fix my problem right then but they said they would call me.

Decent place to buy games. Some stuff is expensive though.

The employees here know what they’re talking about. It’s not often we have employees that care so much about the gaming community in retail stores. If your looking for a place to go for honesty and real customer service, come to Gamestop here in Montclair! I’m not giving this 5 stars ONLY because they need a bigger selection.
