I forgot his name, but one of the employees was super nice. I came in to redeem a $5 coupon to get a free Pokémon pack and he gave me some Pokemon stickers and a holo Omastar card : it really made my day and I hope he finds this comment.

Horrible customer service. Games on shelf not in stocks made my child cry. Inventory is a mess. This one should close instead of the others in the area.

Employees were beyond amazing, however, my account was charged three times. One reversal went in right away and the others are still pending. Their system was down so they kept trying my card so now I’m stuck and out of $300+ until their merchant cancels the other transactions which takes 5-7 days.....
