Joe is PHENOMENAL! So very helpful and very knowledgeable! The whole staff is great but he is my go-to guy for the upcoming releases and launch parties. Plus, he always gives me a call for games and figurines I may be interested in, based off my purchasing trend!

Joe is fantastic lol. It seems like he knows something about all of the games and what we will like based on what we have bought or even just talked to him about. The store is a great environment to find deals and great games.
