Only going to rate 3 stars because sometimes you get the best service ever, and then the next time just rude service. They treat you like you dont know what your talking about, but if you talk to the manger he is always super apologetic and takes care of any issues you have.

The employees are super friendly. Games are reasonably priced, until you try to sell unwanted games to them and they offer 30¢ - $1.50 then you realize the mark-up. They usually have any game you are looking for. Call ahead because if one store doesn't have it, the one down the street will.

They are always so helpful to my kids when looking for new games or consoles. Very knowledgeable on all games and systems.
