The worse! Bought a game, not even 24 hours later and they say we can't refund my money when I came back to the store same day of purchase to get help on how to (PC) download the game. They told me because I had a mac I needed windows. Thinking about It I go home to consider. Come back the next day still within 24hrs to return, they say we only can give you store credit. I tell them I purchased the game from online that is compatible with my mac. The same person who was so call helping the day before says we could have given you the store credit to purchase there download that would have been compatible for my computer. The guy who was transacting my store credit seem to feel bad for me. However the managers seem like they didn't care at all. Never going back there!

This is the second such experience I've had at this particular GameStop, so I am convinced this is not an isolated incident. Both times I've walked in to purchase a game, that's it. No trade ins, nothing involving store credit. Pretty simple right?
Both visits have I have waited for no less than 45 minutes, not because the store is crowded, but because of the mind-numbingly slow service of the staff. What should be a simple interaction with a single customer is drawn out to a 20 or 30 minute affair, as the staff engages customers and friends in drawn out conversation when there are clearly others waiting in line. My cashier, Philip, talked nonchalantly with the person he was ringing up, and even to other customers he wasn't assisting, completely unaware of others waiting. The utter and complete lack of customer service and willing disregard for other people's time is more than enough to make me never return to this location.
Unless you want to waste almost an hour of your time while learning the meaning of frustration, order whatever you need on Amazon. You'll probably have it faster that way.

Careful what you buy. Just like most GameStops; if I ever buy a game from any place, unless its new, I would actually make the worker play one whole level of the game that I would purchase so I won't end up buy a broken game. I'm sorry but I'm being honest on this but it's for any future buyer's safety before buying.

They close 30min early, charge you with a service (game warranty, etc..) then ask if you want it then if you say no they have to remove it. Its other fishy things that go on in there im just unable to point them out. Go at your own risk!
