I sent my boyfriend in to get the PlayStation VR headset and told him to make sure to get a new set. They handed him a pre-owned set instead. The lenses we're streaked and dirty and even after attempting to clean them they were still streaked. The picture was muddy at best and it made me super sick when I played Skyrim. The actual VR headset is supposed to come with good quality headphones the ones included we're the white cheap tinny sounding ones and a microfiber clothe which we didn't get. We were supposed to receive a clip as well for the camera part of the VR but that wasn't included either. It was just the headset, connecting cords and awfully cheap earbuds. If you're gonna bait and switch your customers like that that's fine. We won't be shopping at your location again. We'll returning the VR headset and getting a new one at Walmart.

Me and my friend were constantly being watched by an employee behind the counter while we browsed the aisles, as if we were up to no good and shoplifting or something. We both walked out having not bought anything because of the high prices.
