The service is superb. They have always been very informed about the cards even with an old lady football fan. I especially liked the girl that worked there she was so very helpful and I appreciated it. Thanks guys
I made an online order to GameStop, never received my package, they started it was delivered. I tried contacting them through their website, email, phone, and no one helped me out with getting a refund or replacement. It's been almost two months and Ive sent multiple emails with no responses.

I like how they have what I am looking for but what I don't like and it's a big dislike is the hard sells for membership and insurance at the register. 1 no should be enough when I have to say no 5 or 6 times I get agitated. Please train your associates to ask and not aggressively persuade the customer. Its rude. I'll get my games elsewhere from now on
Employees were great and the options for collectibles were better than expected. Ended up buying way more than I came in for.
Good people don't usually buy at game stop but definitely going to return here again.

The staff at this GameStop have been some of the most helpful people when it comes to recommendations and suggestions for games. I love stopping here to talk to the store manager AJ and his workers Jody and Caleb. They are always up to date on new releases and fun little doodads and knickknacks
Just not impressed. While the employee who was working here was nice, you'll get a better price anywhere and everywhere you go. I just can't think of a worse way to get games. I was also disappointed how much they try and push you into paying to join the GameStop club to "save" on future purchases - like I wouldn't still be overpaying.
Game stop will always be my favorite store!
