The manager Jim is completely unprofessional and rude. For some odd reason he’s never been in a good mood one time I’ve shopped at this location. Easily spent over $1600 in purchases so you would expect nicer treatment. Instead snarky comments are made and customer is treated poorly wouldn’t go into this location if Jim working. This is your typical GameStop, I love going to GameStop. One of my favorite things to do is to look through the video game and just pick out a game that has a cool looking cover but I never heard of it before and then you just go home and see if it's fun or not. Love doing this especially when you find pre-owned games for super cheap.

If you told me they didn't have a phone I would believe you. Been waiting on an order and the phones just ring and ring. 0/10 for customer experience. 200 dollar order and I can't get any help in the slightest.

the staff was very helpful I asked if they had any beyblade evolution they were right on it. they checked all the stores around them and were very helpful. They had a good selection of games and there clearance selection was well stocked. the store was very neat for at 8:45 at night.

Store says it close a at 6pm on sunday, I showed up at 5:30 and the doors were already closed with staff inside waving me off to let me know they were closed. Currently 5:40 as I am writing this review.

I called and asked, specifically, if they had the $399 Playstation 4 Little Big Planet 3/ Lego Batman bundle. The girl who answered said, "Yes, we have one left, the Lego Batman one" she put it aside. Now, *everyone* is out of stock on this bundle. I've been to probably three places, and called a bunch more. So I show up about ten minutes after calling and they bring out a PS3 Lego Batman Bundle. I get that it's a busy weekend, I do, I used to work retail, but not only did I specify the games, I specifically said the console AND the price. Then, she didn't know the one I'm looking for was an available bundle! They're advertising it at Best Buy, Target, Walmart. This is a store for video games. How do you not know the available holiday bundles? This store has ONE FUNCTION. Now I have to drive to Lowell. Thanks for the waste of an hour.

I've always been happy with the service of your sales associates, and with your selection of games. I purchased my XBox 360 here a few years ago along with Halo 3, and I've purchased many games since and will continue to do so.

Sold me defective controller.. Return policy is absolutely horrible. Aside from everything else is okay aside from that
