Good store the female manager named Naomi is the best! She treated me way better than my local gamestop does and attended me very well! Even though this location is a distance away from me I would be happy to return because of her service.

One of the cashiers was very rude to every customer that came in. I was there with my husband who was helped by a different person who was very nice. The other cashier was rude and disrespectful. We didn't have to interact with him personally but I overheard him being very nasty to several other customers while I waited for my husband.

incredibly scummy staff. went in to purchase games and was told it was unavailable. very fair. I asked to buy a digital code and it was “sold out”. I asked to see the 3DS games they were selling that I could VISIBLY SEE in the drawer and the staff told me they don’t sell 3DS games. I asked for an inventory print out and was told they are unable to do so even though every single other GameStop I’ve been to has done so with no issue I love shopping at GameStop and this location is convenient but the staff are awful. please go to another location

The Last GameStop in Harlem and I wanna Say the last one in upper Manhattan in General! Staff are Good People! - they are over worked and not well Stocked due to the company’s decline since the digital Era. But let’s just hope this one sticks around for a while. So Shop Smart and be supportive as much as you can.

Is with most gamestops this one looked poorly maintained and abandoned. It's becoming something im always expecting walking into one.

Do not bother calling this place. Their landline is on silent and they do not pay any attention to it. This place is very busy as there are really no other options to go in the area. So, be prepared to stand in line

Dont have a phone if your not gonna answer it all day. its been like this for years. I wanna see if yall have something in inventory.

Inventory was readily available at this location. Professionalism was appreciated. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable!

They almost never answer the phone no matter how many times you call. And there was an unknown situation on Sunday July 31st in which the store did not open until 2:45pm. What gives?!
