Just wanted to say Malachi was the employee that helped me. He was knowledgeable and kind. As soon as I entered the store he greeted me and was 100% willing to assist. When it came time to check out he explained the whole insurance/warranty plan In a way that was easier to understand. I had such a positive experience I WILL be shopping at this particular store again most definitely. Customer service on point, people skills on point, knowledge on point.
Nobody at the store they put a sign be back in 40 is being over a hour and the store is closed today is 9/18/2022
I have been coming to this store once a month for like the last 2 years now, and I keep coming back because the staff is knowledgeable and always answer my questions about upcoming games or offers.
What wonderfully kind and helpful employees, I wish I would've gotten their names. But to the guy and girl working Tuesday evenings, thank you so very much for your patience and caring as much as i do about helping people. I work for a non-prof. and they did everything they could to help me find the most cost-effective solution to reaching my goals. Thanks again you two!!!
Large variety of products to choose from, friendly staff and a lot of great deals!!
Most items are unavailable at the store and must be ordered online. Then you must wait. Several people seized the Xbox X and Playstation 5, which they are offering on OfferUp for a higher price. The demand for these items and the supplies is making these systems unavailable, then you had the profiteers wiping out a store's stock. It is a complete waste of time visiting these stores.
I called this store asked if they had the xbox model i was looking for they said yes. i asked if they could hold the product for an hour so i could drive over to pick it up. The employye said no but it would be their so i drive an hour to pick it up and then that same employee says sorry we had to ship it for online order im just disappointed in game stop as a whole....
They claim to offer contactless delivery but nobody would answer the phone when I called to arrange it. Recording asked to call back in a few minutes. Called back 3xs. When I went in, the associate didn't greet or acknowledge me when I was in the designated section to pick up an online order. Even after he was done checking out other costumers, he just went about his business. Customer service needs improvement.
Organized and well stocked.. I noticed they were a bit pricier than some GameStop Stores but that could be because of the quality of merchandise since they seemed to carry more New items rather than Used items.
I'm not buying here again because nobody wanted to iven search foe the game I ask
