If I can give zero stars to this GameStop, I would. I have NEVER been turned away & blown off so fast at a GameStop ever in my life. EVERY time I go to a GameStop everyone seems seems so nice and friendly but Malcom changed that for me by giving me the worst customer service which was so unacceptable and unprofessional. I came to return a game that was purchased at a different store because it was convenient for me to go to this store since it was closer. And the first thing he says is “is it a new game? Ok, then yeah. You cannot return it. We can only do a trade!” When in the receipt it clearly says that “new items purchased can be returned within 15 days from your in-store purchase.” Didn’t even ask where I made a purchase or why I was returning the game. You would think that at this time of year, people would be a little more considerate because of the holidays. The worst part of it all, was that I didn’t even set foot for a minute in this store before even being treated like I’m worthless. Since this happened, this will be the last time I will make any kind of purchases at any GameStop for a while. I hope that another happy customer walking into this store doesn’t get their day ruined like I did.
This store told me they didn’t have Callisto protocol for Xbox one and it never existed for Xbox one. I meant to get it for my brother but when they told me this I just decided to get some steam gift cards. Wanted to see if I had this mixed up with another game so I just looked at GameStops website and it is in fact available on Xbox one. The employees here don’t even bother to look things up for you to try to help you. Giving this store one star because I know GameStop and their employees are usually very helpful. Wanna make it clear it’s not GameStop I’m upset at, it’s the employees at this particular location. Would get a refund and buy the Xbox one copy I wanted but steam cards are non refundable. FYI everyone avoid the Charleston and rainbow location. There are other GameStops that actually do want to help…
Scam alertSo I bought a Googleplay card at this store! Did exactly what the instructions red & it didn't work. 3 times! Google is absolutely no help. Called the number on the receipt to gs customer service & said to go back to the store & they would help! So I go in & the young man absolutely refused to help in any way. I explained to the kid they were scaming people buy selling card Google dosen't recognize! The employee refused to call customer support or anyone else & said you basically got ripped off & there was nothing he could do! WELL YOUNG MAN...THAERE IS SOMETHING I CAN DO! CALL THE METRO FRAUD DEPARTMENT & REPORT THIS STORE FOR FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES. GOOD LUCK!

Don’t use your points if you ever have an issue with an order because you’ll not lose them. Not worth checking out due to so many options!

If I can say something positive about this place, it is that they are consistent. Will always look the same and feel the same around the US. It doesn't produce the same vibes as a local game shop where the passion for gaming is beyond compare. The store can get packed during the holidays and when highly anticipated games are released. A lot of times, you can avoid the lines by buying at Target.

The gamestop associate Raul help me a lot today, I called him about a USB cord for my PlayStation 4 to sync my controller. He knew exactly what I needed and I was able to visit his store and purchase this cord so I can play my system. Out of all the game repair places I call he was the only one that answered my question right away. Thank you GameStop you’re the best
