I came into the store looking for some Pinocchio pops and left with so much more! Matthew and Richard helped us pre order some items we’ve been looking for and I can definitely say I left the store with a huge smile! Thank you guys so much.

Mike went above and beyond for me to get my mess of a pre-order under control. Long story short, Mike was able to snag my collectors edition of MH Rise from the original store I ordered from in NJ to send it to MA, only a few days after the release dropped, despite all the trouble and hoops he had to go through. Thanks again Mike!

Richard was very patient and helpful with my rather complicated in store ship to home order. He was very accommodating and made every effort to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for.
