Everyone here was great. Called to check on availability of a product before coming and spoke with Frank who could not have been more helpful. When I arrived I mostly worked with Aaron who immediately made me feel comfortable and like I'd known him forever. Helpful+friendly? Yes please!
Staff has gotten better over time. Bought a controller and it broke. Got it replaced and they talk to you while they help so Customer Service gets a +1. Selection of games was a little small but they opened back up after the raids about a year ago. Online shopping is also a big factor with the decline in In-Store shopping. Ill go for the nostalgia again.
The store itself was easy to get into and it has plenty of floor space. My only issue was how narrow and tight the parking lot for the strip is.
Folks were very courteous at this particular location. Didn't give me a hard way to go, were very helpful in regards to trading in my cell phones. The rep actually showed me the quotes on the computer after looking up the model, serial number, etc., so there weren't any surprises.
Very unorganized. There's never anyone working there who's willing to help. The store has stuff EVERYWHERE. I seriously don't understand why they don't have a sale or send it back to inventory. There was a long line and some obnoxious teens in the store when I was there. Between that and the drunks outside, the Muslim guys selling oils and whatever else and the guy who tried to steal my phone, I will NEVER go back there again.
Check ur used game b4 u leave. But very helpful staff.
My first experience with this lovely little piece of heaven next to popeye's when something like this... I was having issues with my ps4 controller that I purchased a few months ago the right stick was dragging left without moving it. Thankfully I got the insurance that allows you to swap it within a year. So I take it here and swap it they don't have my color no big deal. I pick a different one I notice the box had been open both employees assure me the controller worked and was in ment condition. I notice off rip the left stick looks greasy but the store manager and her helper wouldn't lie to try to get me out of there... so I go home only to find out you guessed it the left stick doesn't work properly... shocking... so after playing that night with this little piece of heaven for a controller I take it back the store manager is there in the morning. I tell her and a new employee the left stick is sticking when you run. She hooks it up to the testing machine as if I'm lying. The only positive thing this time as that they have my original color. I tell the store manager that I think the person bought the controller and swapped it with there messed up one. No she says they are serialized... no they aren't I thought. You can't tell her anything. But hey I made it out of there with my this time new controller. So moral to the story find a gamestop that doesn't treat you like a child. Unless you're into that sort of thing.
The people working there are absolutely inconsiderate of anyone there. I've had incidents where I got no games at all when purchasing more than 3 used titles, I've had incorrect information on availability given to me, and they never. Pick up. The phone. Ever. Would recommend you never come here.
Well the manager acts like he know whats he's doing....but if you like to wait 20mins for service, sure step right up. ...
What can't I say good about gamestop? It's the only place I can find ppl who love games as much as I do. Can't go wrong with them. Always very helpful upon entering the store it's their goal to make sure you are helped and satisfied with your experience.
