Took my daughter here multiple times to buy Razer gear and to pre-order the new Pokemon games. I love their selection of games and gear, and my daughter loves that they keep Pokemon plushies in stock. Zoe helped us last time when we pre-ordered the games and she was super nice! all the workers I've deal with their are super nice. I live in Edmond, but will continue driving out of my way to this store for the service I get.

I prefere to go to this location, but I don't care for most of the people that work there. I can not stand to listen to them give the whole sales pitch when someone inquires about a ps5. I want to interrupt them and tell the customer to buy it from Playstation direct..

Just needed an old wii game, they had it but it took some digging! Saw more butt crack than I would have asked for, but there are plenty of other distraction items

This location always stocked with great stuff and the employees are always very helpful.

My son asks for batteries every 2 days. I was tired of the store runs. I walked in and Wyatt automatically knew he had an XBOX one and showed me a dual charging set. I bought it and took it home. I couldn't get the back on so I took it back. They showed me what I was doing incorrectly. I went home and put them on. I haven't heard anything about batteries. I am beyond grateful.

I ordered CyberPunk 2077 to pick up day of in store. GameStop took the money off of my card then lost my order. When I go on the website my order does not exist. I have all the emails and everything. When I called customer service I was disconnected after staying on hold for 10 minutes. You stole $65.16 from me today. I hope it was worth it. That is the last penny you will ever get from me. Here is my order number so you know I am not making it up, 1100000022321528, but I know I know, this order does not exist. I have been a loyal customer for years, defending you all and this is the reward I get. To anyone reading this, GameStop will steal from you like they did me. Avoid at ALL COSTS!

Took a trip to the Oklahoma city yesterday and my son wanted to stop in to a gamestop. I spoke to a young man sorry forgot his name but he very helpful and informative! They didn't have the game we were looking for but he suggested just to get some playstation cards we did that and downloaded the game when we got home thank you.

This company went so far down hill, straight trash I've brought 3 controllers by and they wouldn't buy any of them but they're like brand new. Lame ahh old ahh company.
