Absolutely excellent staff, everyone I've met there is kind, helpful, enthusiastic, and looking out for their customers. Only reason this isn't 5 stars is because they don't seem to answer the phone very often which can be annoying, but I really can't fault them too much considering how awesome they are in person.

It’s GameStop, it is what it is. Staff here are pretty great though, better than a lot of other locations. I wish the chain treated their workers and customers better though.
