Arrived around 6:30 and waited outside in the rain because there was a be right back sign on the door and got a rude and condescending answer from a red headed girl upon asking a simple question about whether or not a certain item was in stock. Will never come to this location again.
Drive 30 minutes to pick up a book that's only available at GameStop and arrive to a sign saying they'll be back in 45 minutes during business hours.
The woman working there was nice really nice. She helped out my little brother a lot and helped him find what he was looking for. She also helped me by telling me about the discount ts they had. Overall it was a good experience.
I was helped by Robin and she provided the absolute best customer service. Best gamestop around Boston. She made sure I was completely satisfied with everything. Definitely head over to this gamestop. It is one of the larger stores in the location so they have a lot of variety

Amazing customer service way better than roslindale. The game selection is great but not as great as the customer service the cashiers are so nice and they work very hard and ring you up quickly! They are also very relatable and like to talk to customers! This is by far my favorite gamestop!
I will be returning to this GS branch. Staff is helpful and well educated about the products in the store. Helpful suggestions was given and I didn't feel like staff was trying to make me buy something I did not want to purchase.
