GameStop Prestige

My absolute favorite employee of all the stores in my little town is Rob from Gamestop. He makes it worth dealing with them, even though they screw you every chance they get. Rob deserves every good thing that happens to him. He's a shining example of what customer service should be.

Great selection, awesome prices (which are better if you have a membership) and the staff if very knowledgeable about a vast selection of games and gaming platforms

The stores seem to be thought out well, and the staff are also trained well, or they only hire awesome people. The online customer service however leaves something to be wanted. They say they will contact you within 24-48 hours however i waited a full 3 business days with no response until finally i sent them another email. They responded an hour and a half later, not to help me, not answering the question i had, but to tell me i need to call them. I work 7 days a week and am old school and have no phone. I brought this to their attention and 3 hours later no word back from them.
