Extremely unhelpful and rude. Visited several stores in the area and the staff was overly helpful and nice. Visited the 39th street and the “gentleman” answering the phones had an unprecedented attitude with no intention to give any customer service. I would recommend going to ANY other location possible.
I have been a PC gamer my whole life, but I recently picked up an Xbox One and I had all sorts of questions. Conner at GameStop was super helpful and patient, answering all my questions, giving me suggestions, and overall just helping me to understand what all of my options are. I will definitely be shopping here again.
