Gamestop Store Groves Power Center

One of the best stores in the valley. We had a bad experience at a different location and these two guys went above and beyond to make us feel better. Great customer service. Kelsey and chance are great employees.

Nothing stadia google related, even game controllers. No humankind game that comes out in april 2021. No cool game posters. I didnt see classics like starcraft 2. They did have a lot of other stuff i wasnt interested in though, which other people will probably like. Thats why i cut them slack and say 3 stars! :

Took online payment for a product they knew they didn't have in stock. Didn't offer a substitution or any compensation for their "mistake". The girl that helped me over the phone was nice though. It wasn't her fault. But I still wouldn't recommend dealing with this gamestop or any other gamestop to be honest.

Shelbs has the BEST customer service ever. I will always come back as long as she works there. I used to dread gamestop. I will be back. :

This ordering online is not efficient at all and makes a quick purchase impossible. Definitely lost a customer, never thought I would say this but I guess Walmart will be my new go to for my gaming needs.

Fun store with awesome games got a new LEGO game and pre-pay for the new LEGO STAR WARS game.....

Very friendly girl manning the register, her name escapes me at the moment, but she was very helpful and friendly. My fiancee and I visited this particular store two times. First we purchased an X Box 360. The second visit we purchased a PS 4. Will be back again to purchase games and what not. 5 stars.
