First, this place is using a fake name, the people there are from Bangladesh and not from India! So why taking name of Indian idol Mahatma Gandhi? give some other name. Second, even the food here is no where near Indian! the taste sucks and even the options are bad. The only good thing is that they have a setup of things in their basement which they use to attract people, but everyone except Indians go there. I am very disappointed by the food and the fake identity of this restaurant.

Great food. FYI, their spicy scale (1-4) is super weak. The waitress warned us that a 3 was like a raw jalapeno and the 4 was like a habenero. Liking spicy foods but not wanting a stomach ache, we ordered a 2 and a 3 dish. Both were not spicy at all and would have ranked them as a 1 on the 1-4 spicy scale. I understand I live in MN and people here hate spicy foods but come on! Indian food is supposed to be spicy.

Very well done curries with great ambiance and service. Packed with taste and richness of Indian spices. Some of the veggie appetizers and Biryani could be a hit or miss but most entrees-both veg and non veg, surely delighted the palate. Word of advice: Their spice scale is true to it's name so when you order 'hot' you better believe it will be so.

Went here a few weeks ago to some friends. The staff was friendly in helping us get a reservation in a place to see the live music. However the restaurant was extremely dim. I had to use the flashlight on my phone to read the menu. It also took us a very long time to be greeted by a server. It felt like half and hour. We ordered the appetizer assorment. They were bland and the lentil fritters were very, very dry. It tasted like the person who made them didn't add any water or whatever was needed. Like a ball of slightly moist flour. All of our main dishes were bland. No one was asked about how spicy they would like their food when they ordered. All in all, this was a pretty disappointing experience. I don't know how this is considered one of the best Indian restaurants in the Twin Cities. I won't be returning unfortunately.

Amazing lunch buffet! I had lunch here right after flying in from Philly and I can honestly say it was one of my most fulfilling foodsperiences! The food was incredible and there was lots of it! The price was really reasonable to! 10/10 would recommend!
