I love this store. The quality is great. The style is modern and their prices are amazing. The play where is located is in the New York’s heart. Be prepared to walk hours and hours because you must to see everything its surrounding.

Very helpful staff and location of the store is apt. Must visit if you are at Times Square. They do offer good discounts

Overpriced dated clothing company that deploys heavy discount to justify its unreasonable high pricing.

Good store even though it’s a basement store. Some basement stores are stuffy and this is not.

The manger Q was not very helpful with taking different size of cloth... too bad had to leave the store right away based on her service.

loved the service,staff & the cleanliness at the store.. makes my GAP shopping experience at NY times square great.. also i have never seen a GAP store this big before ..
