SHAEETE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE! I WENT IN TO BUY A JACKET MONDAY AND WAS OFFERED A FRIENDS AND FAMILY DISCOUNT WHICH EVERYONE ALWAYS OFFERS DURING THIS TIME OF YEAR. HE THEN PROCEEDS TO TELL THIS POOR GIRL "IS SHE YOUR FRIEND OR FAMILY?" SHE SAYS NO AND HE SAYS I CAN NOT GET IT. HE THEN DECIDES TO TREAT HER LIKE CRAP RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME AND MANY OTHER CUSTOMERS!!! IM IN TOTAL DISBELIEF BECAUSE ANY OTHER TIME I HAVE BEEN THERE DURING LUNCH HOURS EVERYONE IS ALWAYS WONDERFUL!! THANK GOD FOR JONATHAN THE MORNING MANAGER AND HIS BEAUTIFUL CURTIOUS WAYS THAT HE WAS ABLE TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEMS. THE NIGHT MANAGER ON THE OTHER HAND IS A DAMN MESS AND BULLY!
