If you are fortunate enough to have Pedro Corona install your new garage doors, you won’t be disappointed. Pedro definitely knows what he’s doing. When installation was complete, Pedro explained and demonstrated how the remote clickers, the wall panels and the safety equipment worked. He showed me where and how to lubricate the rollers and springs. Everything was clean, all trash and debris Halle’s away. I couldn’t be happier. In addition the garage doors are beautiful, just what I expected. Thank you Garage Door Medics for such great service.
Schedule is between 12 to 4. Technician Rick called up saying he will be here at 10. He showed up and went to perform what he's good at. With 2 cars inside the garage, he made sure he had space to work on. He gave me an estimate and upon approval, he proceeded to perform his task. Replacing the broken spring with 2 new springs . Adjusted the torque setting. Operational test was satisfactory. Very professional and knows his job. Thank you. Cris Rimorin
The last time I used Garage Door Medics was 6 years ago and am fortunate to have had Leo as the technician again. My spring for my door had broken, needed a strut and a new remote. Leo insured that my door was working safely and explained everything thoroughly. I am so pleased with the prompt service and came at the time frame that was requested. Thank you, Leo for working hard to fix my door. Great job!
I called Garage Door Medics for an emergency service regarding our garage door and they’re able to come out the same day that we needed them. Excellent service and excellent technician Leo! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has issues with their garage door. I would like to commend Cierra customer support representative as well since she made sure that she can send a technician to our house right away. Thank you guys for a superb customer service!
Great service! Chris Moore is personable and professional. Made reasonable recommendations and how to fix our problem. Came back a few weeks later once a part came in and quickly made the repair. Would highly recommend Garage Door Medics!
I found Garage Door Medics through a google search and was surprised by all the great reviews. I reached out and obtained a next day appointment for an inspection and tuneup for my garage door. Leo arrived at a great time and provided amazing service. Recommended additional work and explained why it is needed. Glad to see someone as passionate as Leo responded. I will definitely contact Garage Door Medics in the near future for additional work.
I was backing out and hit my garage door. After finding out it couldn't be repaired I called Garage Door Medics. Everyone I spoke with was very courteous and knowledgeable. Their price was very competitive. I had planned on having to wait a couple of weeks for installation, however, there was a cancelation and they made an appointment for the next day! The installer, Pedro, was very nice, helpful and did an outstanding job replacing it. I'll be telling all my family members and friends about this fabulous company!! J, Graziano Dean

What an awesome company. Justin was my service technician and I can’t rate him highly enough. They came out immediately when my garage door broke and he was able to repair and their fees were beyond fair. High highly recommend this company and especially Justin. He was an extreme professional.
