These other poor reviews are spot on correct. ROSS DOES NOT COMMUNICATE and hides when an issue comes up. The first time they came out, the patio had roller marks all over it. Since i paid the invoice within 5 mins of receipt, they took 2 weeks to come back and fix the issue. When the did the job a 2nd time, they didn't do under a bench. Then Ross hides and never address' the non-completion?? I thought if i spent more money, the job would look better. Please DO NOT BUY HERE. I didn't read reviews first. I paid a deposit then looked at the reviews and i thought, oh that can't be right. THESE OTHER POOR REVIEWS are correct. Sure, they can do a job, I'm sure most of these jobs turn out just fine, but it's how you recover from a mistake that makes you a good business owner. DON'T TAKE THAT CHANCE ON YOURS BEING THE ONE THAT'S NOT DONE RIGHT. I'm a business owner of 13 yrs now and CUSTOMER SERVICE IS JOB 1 ROSS. I'm not mad, i can fix the patio myself. Allowing a 6 sq ft section destroy the rest of the job is sloppy and lazy. It's just a shame that you can hide behind a company name and bank on that, not you as an owner being responsible for the product you put your name to. Sad. Image attached was after the 2nd attempt at making my patio dreams come true. Don't let this happen to you shopper. Please go elsewhere for an owner who can stand behind their product and not take your money and run.

I contracted with Ross for an epoxy coating on an interior concrete floor. I am very pleased with everything about this company. Ross and his crew are honest and trustworthy. I am happy with everything from beginning to end of my project. The price was fair. Ross guided me with color selections that turned out even better than I could imagine. The project was completed pretty much on schedule. The crew made a mistake in one area and I am impressed with their honesty and efforts to fix it to my satisfaction. The end result is unique and I am happy to be rid of the carpet in that area of my home. I highly recommend Garage Force. This is a company you can trust and is a great option for inside or outside of your home.

It was good working with Ross, Cody & crew during our 4 car driveway overlay - Looks great. they were courteous, efficient & professional. We would highly recommend them.

I contracted for a three-car garage floor coating. I was told Ross would be onsite to oversee. Instead he dropped a guy off on his first day without the proper tools to do the job. While taking conference calls for work I had to run to Ace Hardware to buy a power adapter so their grinder would work. I felt sorry for the person doing the job - he was apologetic and hard working. The first attempt was 28hrs late supposed to be one day took two. After confirming I could drive into my garage after 24 hrs, I waited 25.5 hrs before driving in with hail on the forecast. Result: the top coat pealed up bad product mixture or application, I do not know. Ross came out to correct issues, this time with some highs school kids. Issues were fixed and we agreed on him doing a side project. I paid up-front for materials. 10 weeks later and he has not delivered and won’t answer my calls nor call back. I paid, he disappeared. The original job was decent - hence the two stars. In the end he prioritized other jobs over ours, made promises he never delivered on and took the materials I paid for. Ross is a likeable guy. Don’t be fooled. He’s a smooth talker with a silver tongue.

Ross is great. A true perfectionist and great pricing. I’ve used him twice now. Once for our concrete floors at our office and once for my personal garage. He’s been professional responsive and I’d highly recommend him.
