Amazing experience from start to finish. Professional and transparent communication throughout. We took a while to finally decide to do the project mostly because we'd had others look at our huge cracks and tell us it would be a pain/expensive to fix. Garage Rehab said it'd be no problem and they got them looking good as new! The cabinets are also very high quality and have plenty of room for storage. Best of all, the whole project came in well below what we expected we'd have to spend. They're very easy to communicate with as well. Clear timelines and they got it done QUICK! We even had an issue where I failed to clarify something between our first quote and our revised quote, and they still took care of it right away and didn't try to sneak in an added cost even though many other vendors would have. Can't recommend them enough and would just say if you're on the fence because you think it may be too big of a project, give them a call for a quote and you won't regret it!

I chose this business because I thought they would be able to do a quality job in a short timeframe. All went well until I found myself having to follow up several times to get it moving forward. I should have seen that as a red flag but wanted the work done and felt I was too far in to start over and find another option, get a new quote, and wait another few weeks. So I went forward with it and the floor looks good but the cabinets are not up to par. They put the handles on crooked and one is even dented. I reached out twice to have it resolved with no response. I should have seen that coming after the struggle I had to get it going. I wonder about this lifetime warranty they promote when they never respond to you again once your work is done. If you’re ok being treated like a one and done, Garage Rehab is for you.

I had epoxy flooring and cabinets installed in my garage about 5-6 months ago. No issues whatsoever. They did excellent work. However, I just called to purchase additional shelving and have not been able to get a hold of anyone after calling the company's main line and leaving 2 separate voicemails - I have not received a call back. ???

Garage Rahab did my garage a few years back with a lifetime warranty. I called recently about some cracks and Alex came out. They repaired the floor but it doesn't match. I paid over $4000.00 to do my floor and the least they could do is repair it to my satisfaction. They are not returning my phone calls. I will update this post if they respond to my complaint. So much for a lifetime warranty. They finally responded to my complaint after the review .

We had our floor done by another company previously and you can see it didn't last very long. We called Garage Rehab and they were happy to come out and give me a Free Estimate. They were friendly and informative. The install crew was professional and cleaned up after the work was done. We also liked the warranty they offer. We could not be happier. Garage Rehab personnel came to my home promptly when I had requested their services and assessed my garage. They gave me a good quote. After 4 weeks or so they came to do the epoxy installation work on my garage. After etching the floor they said there could be an issue with humidity and delayed the process further. Then they charged me additional money to do the patch work just to make sure they do a quality job. After 2 months they finally completed the job. I love the quality of the work although there was a delay of 2 months a month more than they had told me they will finish their work by. I had given them a cheque from my checking account not knowing my money is actually in my savings and they got charged $35. Although the bank told me garage rehab will get a fee refund upon request, they still charged me an inconvenience fee. Further they also made me wire the money on the same day threatening me they will send me for collections. What would have been a 5 star review turned into a 2 star review because of the delay in work and the threat. The lady on the phone had a bad tone in her voice leading me to believe they dont trust their customers.My good experience turned sour. Because of their bad customer service, I wouldn't recommend them.

Amazing rehab job on my detached garage in Costa Mesa! The quote was fair and everything included in the price.
