Also noteworthy is the attention to detail and respectfulness of the installers. All around, five shimmering stars.

Stay away from this place!!! I recently had them install carpeting in a room at my new home and when they came out & measured they failed to consider the thickness of the carpeting pad as it relates to the door. As a result, the door wouldn't shut so I had to have them come out and remove the thicker pad and install a new, thinner, pad. For THEIR ERROR, they charged me $275. Never mind the fact that the new thinner pad should have been less and never ONCE did they address the fact that they should have taken the door into consideration. When I challenged them on the invoice they IMMEDIATELY said they'd place a lien on my house if I didn't pay it. Talk about lack of customer service! I really wish I had gone with another carpeting company in town.
