Professional, good communication throughout and quality work! We are so grateful that our home insurance assigned Garland to restore our condo after a washing machine flood. We had extensive water damage and they restored our place to look better than it did before! Nathan, Derek and their team did an excellent job! Highly recommend.
If your insurance company recommends this company run!!! They are horrible, my job was supposed to be completed in 3-4 weeks 6 months later job still not done! Work that was done is terrible they did more damage to my property than they fixed. They dropped my brand new island, damaged my flooring. When they removed the countertop and backsplash they left my walls looking like this and refused to fix it. I fired them and settled with my insurance company! I am serious do not hire them, RUN!
Zero stars! Communication is non-existent. Hired by Mercury. What should have been a 4 week leak repair turned into 6 months. The Superintendent fights with the GC and your job is held up because no one is truly in charge. They tell you they're going to show up to work, then no one shows. I've worked with over 25 Contractor's between my profession and residence. None have ever performed this poorly. It's a shame. DO NOT use them, even if your insurance company recommends them. You'll regret it if you do.
Nice guy, unfortunately he works for Mercury insurance and not the home owner! They will not give you an estimate, the lady in the office will tell you flat out they work for Mercury Insurance and not you!!! Second estimate garland gave to Mercurys insurance had the prices lower then the first estimate to add on more things that was missed! So in reality they will manipulate the software to lower prices to accommodate Mercury Insurance. Plus labor is only 10%??? That's some cheap labor!!!! I would not trust them!! I will write another review if they have to come back out for a third estimate!!! After 9 1/2 months, we are still not back home, Garland's estimate is what Mercury Insurance is sticking with! Garland Restoration is claiming to restore my home for $94K, that's everything from drywall, mud, tape, top of the line flooring, whole new kitchen, 72 sq feet of granite, all fabrication, door jambs, closet organizers, linen closets and even the wall between my kitchen and garage! Pretty much a whole new inside of a 4 bedroom ranch home in Yorba Linda. That's an awesome price! Oh wait, they don't work for me!!! They work for Mercury Insurance!!
I had restoration job on an apartment where as water heater burst. To this day the draws in kitchen do not line up. Everybody did their job but Carpenter fail to fix draws. He never came back.
Absolutely the worst company to assist you in your needs. Rob makes inappropriate remarks. Gives incorrect quotes, which hes not supposed to be doing. And says things like why not pay that? Mercury gave you a big fat check?They painted and left 2 inches darker then the entire house. Wish I had read these comments before hiring them .
From start to finish all the garland employees were understanding and professional they repaired my kitchen and bath after the slab leak without any issues. I would recommend them to friends and family You choose the contractor not the insurance company PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
0 stars negative stars if possible! Worst "service". Absolutely terrible communication and employees. Auto Club assigned contractors. I don't know how that happened. I expect better from Auto Club. Would not recommend for anyone. Not even my worst enemy.
Do not use this company. Terrible communication. No one returns calls or texts and they do not supervise sub contractors. Because of this, work was done wrong and had to be fixed.
