A few months ago, I was referred to having Gary as my buyer’s agent, and it was one of the luckiest days of my life. He is simply AMAZING and incredibly approachable. I honestly felt like he was treating me like this own nephew. Gary is experienced, patient, knowledgeable, and he really wants you to LEARN when touring houses. For instance, within seconds, he could tell you what’s great and what’s not so great about a house, such as some subtle uneven flooring and potential flooding concern. I’m genuinely impressed. Strategically speaking, he walked me through each step of purchasing a house and patiently debriefed me after each offer that sellers didn’t accept. After a dozen of house visits and a few offers, I finally got myself a beautiful home! Today, I still text or call him when I have questions about some house maintenance. Working with Gary was wonderful. He was always engaged in the process and stayed on top of all the proceedings for us. It took a bit of the mental load off for us.
