Gasamat/Smoker Friendly

This place has a room-sized humidor with a huge selection of good cigars! Lavonne helped me find the cigars for my husband's Christmas gift. She's the best!

Used to love this place before the rude lady that works the desk makes me, as a regular, physically remove my ID from my wallet. I am clearly over the age of 18 by far. Other places nearby that I have not frequented have not required this. I stopped purchasing Zyn and fuel here despite it being closest to my home because of that rude older lady.

The employee was impatient and unhelpful. Didn't answer questions. He was pacing around the store, sighing, mumbling under his breath. It made us uncomfortable so we left and won't be going back.

845 pm they close at 9. Refused to fill my 30 gallon propane tank which would have been over $100 and when I said please she changed her story talking about how they won't fill propane after dark. Rude, unacceptable ridiculous behavior. I wasn't asking for something out of the ordinary. Just propane. Major fail

Right place to find good quality cigars

These guys are awesome when it comes to knowledge of tobacco products. They know so much about so many different cigars. Everything they have recommended has been amazing and delicious! Go see them; you wont regret it.

Nice place to stop in if you need gas and smokes or to fill some propane. Limited selection as far as alternative smoking products go. They're always nice and willing to give you a hand. Paid for 5 gallons of propane the other day and come to find out my tank was no longer certified to be filled. Told me where to go got it recertified they filled it and they refunded my money here with no problem.

Edit: This venue has greatly gone down. They can't keep a hold of staff, let alone a manager that cares about their customers. I have frequented this business daily if not every other day for four or five years and the last year has seen them raise their cigar prices some 150% in-store yet you can buy them for significantly cheaper elsewhere locally or just online. I am leaving my original review below for transparency. "The only easy to get to walk in humidor in the Denver area THAT ACTUALLY MAINTAINS PROPER HUMIDITY. If you want dry sticks, go elsewhere. They have a beautiful room full of cigars and a dedicated staff onsite to help you decide what you need if you're purchasing for others or a celebration. For habitual smokers, there's a $.05 for every $1.00 reward program. Strongly suggest this little cigar heaven disguised as a gas station."

If we didn't know how great of a company Smoker Friendly is we would’ve sued. Your employee Brandon argued for 15 minutes with my friend and I over our choice of pronouns. Instead of apologizing and resolving the situation like a properly trained employee he proceeded to tell us about his religious beliefs and tell us “who we are” not “who we think we are” while two other employees im assuming were assistant manager and manager sat back and allowed their employee to treat paying customers like that. This location needs to be retrained in customer service if the name of the store is going to remain “Smoker Friendly”

Thanks for carrying Grinds Coffee Pouches for us former smokeless tobacco users. Greatly appreciated. Great little store with extremely friendly staff. I enjoy visiting on a regular basis.
