Good selection of shops, all in one place. Having a Costco and a target together really helps.
Great food, love those bread rolls with cinnamon buttah... rocking the outdoor seating in the parking lot currently. Nice and cool under the tent. Was nice to eat again for the first time in a while!
I love the gateway center there's so many shops there and so few restaurants you can choose from. You can go to PetSmart home Depot Target also Dollar tree Friday's the restaurant you can also go to Texas Roadhouse to eat as well as Blinds to go and if you have Wii little one you can go to Chuck e cheese and a few other stores

Decent place to grab some tools from the home depot, but it's strange because there isn't a supermarket or anything there, so there's not much reason to go there
Great place to shop, always a place to park and it's very popular with the residents of Everett and so rounding cities. I would recommend this place to shop and dine.
