Do not trust them with your car, they damage your vehicle and then attempt to blame you for it. Ridiculous establishment with corrupt business practices and unskilled drivers who can’t manage to avoid hitting the walls in their own establishment. Unbelievably unprofessional business.
Charged me for my grand cherokee being oversized but my vehicle was not on the list of oversized vehicles. Employees are rude & don’t listen. Do not allow you to speak. I told him multiple times my car is not an L nor a 4xe.
The worst customer service ever. You can wait for your car … 20 minutes. Maybe 30. Nobody care, there is only one guy who is driving the car and couple of managers who is taking your money. Actually… $48 per 2-12 hrs. Just be ready.
I parked day on Friday and Saturday. Staffs were nice. I went there since before 7 AM left around 6PM. It was less than 12 hr each day. They have a good deal for early bird only for Mon-Fri. I paid $25 for Friday, $45 for Saturday. You can scan the ticket you got before picking up the car to save time. Paying by a credit card will have fee. Close to Mahattan river, park, mall a lot of food vendors. So convenient.
Systemic problems at this garage. They changed the text for car system and it's not widely posted or notified to monthly customers. The old system still active- get a received response but garage says oh we don't see those, it's automated. Prices are top of the market, garage has pipes that leak on the car, entrance is half blocked for construction, no manager on weekends to speak with, text for car on New system received confirmation but 30 min after time, car is lost in garage can't find it...morning staff did X and not y....Some staff are capable and nice but it's not enough.
I park here a few times a week. Their valets know to drive my car slow over speedbumps and entryways because it's low to the ground. Always respectful, I never worry about my car when it's there. Can be slow at times bc it's busy but they always have space.
I would recommend this parking garage in Lower Manhattan, the employees working both days and nights are helpful and knowledgeable. They took good care of my car, they are quick and attentive. Ask them for some quick NYC tips and tricks. Next trip to the city I’m coming here.
Listed as $25 for evening 3hrs but then told it was $40 plus $20 SUV fee. $60 for a dinner nearby is not fair. They should review fees
Very aggressive staff in terms of driving the cars, nearly ran over twice. Talking on their phones, not a good service for the price you pay. Better options
They lost my car key! And I have a tipsy ti turtle on the key. And I haven't heard from them ever since. Update after two weeks: They found my car key and mailed it back to me. Since I have wasted hours in that Garage before I left so I requested a refund for the parking fee. Update after a year: They said that they will give me coupon. And…a year later, I am still waiting for the coupon. How hard it is to send out a coupon? I’ll keep sending out emails asking for it and keep update the result.
