It was a great hotel for the price. Discrete front desk and very helpful. A little more room cleaning could be needed but overall a good pick for the lower east side.

Great stay! T.V. didn't work, but they switched me to an upgraded room with one that did work. Friendly, helpful staff, clean room. All in all, a pleasant experience!

Saila was amazing. She is truly a great person, you’re lucky to have her in your front desk. She’s a people person, and has great hospitality skills.

My most recent stay was for two weeks. The room had a beautiful jacuzzi. The people at the desk were very helpful and nice

For starters the bed was to low, there wasn't a refrigerator in the room also no ice machine on the floor. It shouldn't be that the only rooms that have refrigerator the full size one, I think they all should have one. Other then that the price was good for one night.
