Gatti, Keltner, Bienvenu & Montesi

In March of 2022, I was involved in a car accident that produced an injury which led to me losing my car, and job. I honestly began to feel hopeless and decided to reach out to Gatti, Keltner, Bienvenu & Montesi. I am very grateful to Shannon Elsea for being so kind, patient, understanding, and perseverant with my case. This was by far the worst mistake I have ever made!! I regret the day I called this company my lawyer was Mr. cheeks in his secretary name is Lauren Bacon! My car accident was over a year ago with in that year I have heard from them two times there was never a update on my case or just a call to see how I’m doing!! They took my case when some others though it was too small. James Stephens worked to get me a very fair settlement. unlike others he didn't jump at the first offer Only criticism, would be updates were not regularly provided. In their defense, this is an issue with any law firm with a good amount of clientele. I would use them again.

None communicable. Doesn't seem to have the level of personal concerns of those they claim to help seeking their disability. If you know that your client deals with PTSD, then why force them clients, to do all of the communications of the very entity that causes and triggers PTSD and associated symptoms with the illness. Made me feel like I'll have to I have to face an immovable wall alone. Maybe they're more caring for those with personal injury cases but they could really care less for those needing disability representation. In reply to your response...I'm sorry that it took awhile but I'm sure you guy's understand. That must be the GKBM general response. I never mentioned about the social security laws and guidelines, I specifically stated that your team was non-communicable and not once mention the guidelines, it was about lack of care, less concerned for some of the most least seen. Now, if I must go into a detailed public statement with texts and lack of response until I posted a review...I can provide the screenshots. I stand by my statement that you don't seem to have the level of personal concerns of those they claim to help seeking their disability. From my personal experience, I haven't witnessed it unless we're just not seen.

I've used them before and they was okay but for some reason I have been getting the run around with the Olive Branch office everytime I call they say the same thing I'll have someone to call you back and no one ever does the only reason my case was transferred is because I was supposed to go to court I haven't went to court or anything else no new information or anything I just been getting the run around and I definitely wouldn't use them again
